1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the InsightsReady Engine, the InsightsPortal, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all merchants, agency partners, and visitors.

2. The Platform Services

InsightsReady provides a standardized data engineering layer and marketplace. We facilitate the connection between e-commerce data sources (e.g., Shopify, Amazon) and visualization suites (Power BI). We act as a technology provider and, in some cases, a General Contractor between Merchants and Certified Partners.

3. Data Ownership & Governance

• Merchant Data: You retain all rights and ownership to your raw data.
• Aggregated Data: InsightsReady may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our "Micro-Analytics" models and AI CEO Agent accuracy.
• Security: We implement enterprise-grade encryption; however, users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own access credentials.

4. Marketplace & Revenue Share

Certified Partners listing solutions on our marketplace agree to our standard revenue share model (e.g., 70/30 split). InsightsReady handles unified billing and demand aggregation. Detailed Partner-specific terms are available within the Insights Studio.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our "Zero-Cloud-Leakage" and On-Premise models provide high levels of security, InsightsReady is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data discrepancies originating from third-party APIs (Shopify, Meta, etc.).
